It is the vision of the Organization that decides on a number of factors. 1)The ethics of trade. 2) The selection of a new product or development of an existing product that would appeal to customers at first sight. 3) The Quality standards to met followed. 4) The distribution region local/national/global. 5) The Financial policies. 6) The transparency of functions within the organization. 7) The service it would provide to society. etc. All these factors build up the image of a company which is reflected in its brand name. These brand names are nurtured by customers for generations. To quote a few in random order:- Spencers, Sony, Ford, Rolls Royce,  Benz, Boeing, Titan, Omega, Nokia, Apple and so on and so forth. These are all built up over the years through the vision and Company's policies.

Yes I agree with you Namrata Pathak. Vision carries the core values and is being transferred to Brands to reflect it.

Any product by its appearance and catching the vision of the customer looks like high branded. But it never reaches the expenditure of the customers pocket. Always the customer satisfies his own desires according his pocket permission.Here the Brand Name, its Volumes (in sales), satisfaction in return by using it etc., everything, goes futile. The Product's success is always depended by the capacity of the customer but not in the brand, which puts hole in his pocket.

Of course sir first is the vision , the amount of clarity they have about their product and services and then comes the sales.. Sales without vision would be blind sale and it will not lead to productive results..

Lets go back in to the past. Where the sugar was only 2 rs./kg and cellphone was not there to talk. post took month to reach and there was no way to track the mail. if they lost means they lost without your knowing untill the person sent you the post will not tell you by coming your place.

i want to say there were no brand there. Then how These brand produce. People need the food, clothes and house. The primary thing started to sell and people use it and mark it that this thing is good which will popular amongst the people. and that is the actual brand.

brand always made by sales and use of them. The product popular for some time is only a cheap marketing strategy nothing else.

I also want to say that vision is nothing But to provide the thing needed to people by a price. At the ancient time the only vision was to provide the basic need of the people. and till now you can sell only the things that are necessary for people if you want to be a thing to brand.
