Brands are made to own and not to sell any one in this manner the image of the brand is also spoiled. All the good brands that are still prevalent today have created their image since ages see the latest brand reliance they do go into mergers and acquisitions with other companies for their product and not for there own product.

This discussion is quite good. There are two schools of thought for that - again whther own or sell. If you own it you have the responsibilty to sustain it. If you sell it, You get the money worth it and forget about it and start building new brand.

If you look at RPG it created its image by mergers only it has all the products which are not made by them. So where does the point stand that brands are made to own.

How convenient it is to blame the government.. There are flaws in government and then there were always flaws there.. now we can see them clearly because many people are coming up and giving voice to the wrong practices..
It is a wonderful concept but we need a right plan to follow it. Just an idea wont help.
