I am looking for a NON Brazilian company that is looking for an opportinuty to enter in Brazilian Gas market.

I have instructions for sale a company that already has built more than 1200 Km of Pipelines. It was responsible for Building urban gas network and today is taking care of it.

Its customers distribute 40% of residential gas consumed in Brasil.

Indian petroleum companies are a possible buyers of such ventures. Over the last decade, Indian companies have been exploring the foreign opportunites in petroleum sector.

Reliance Industries is definitely one good option, they have the financial muscle, expertise in the sector, and more than that they are hungry for further inorganic growth options.

Not lagging behind are the PSU oil companies. Especially pertaining to the option of piped gas supplies, companies like HPCL have already done this.

Wish one of the Indian companies succeed in Brazil too.

I believe that it is a fast way to enter in a market. Brazilian market has gas mainly in Rio and Sao Paulo. Step by step gas is arriving to all brazilian states. crisis is not so dramatic in Brazil. EU countries must look for growing abroad and Brazil is a good place to start.

Brazilian companies took position time ago cause they close follow petrobras projects and gas market growing.
