Privacy has always been a matter of concern and so does it remain. we do not have any shot way to fight it and thus it requires lot of attention. Building a brand is the initial process.. once it is built then starts the fear of privacy.

duplicacy is a big problem in indian market ,so to tackle with this problem it is easy to create a brand image in the mind of consumer so they do not prefer duplicate or pirated products .

With today life cycle of products it is downright stupid to make any effort in anything else than building and selling new stuff and fast. Quality and value are the only viable protection.

I concur with Archana's view.

In addition, piracy is difficult to control, most especially if concerned government authority(ies) is(are)  lackadaisical in enforcing local or international laws, covenants on piracy, or the lack of government office to enforce the applicable laws on piracy.

Though it is costly on the  "brand maker"  to protect it's brand from unscrupulous trader(s), local or international, there is no substitute in being vigilant and committed to combat piracy at  "home"  or in foreign land.

People of all nations must unite to combat piracy.
