Absolutely. I agree that the writing these days, it is mindnumbing effort to understand what is really the motive. It is horrible and one needs to hone this skill so that an effective communication can take place.

Business writing is not all about the mid or junior & senior management its all about to use as a effective tool for Business Branding & value addition,Brand positioning of an organization so we need to upgrade our employees the latest trends of corporate environment it svery useful bcoz du eto Globilatzation day by day the business scenario is changing to its very essential for an organization to create a good impression in the market. Business writing is very useful tool for making a good impression about the company so the requirement of training is essent8ial at all levels.

Depending Upon the Employee Position/Profile the person should be given training for the same... Its not like that an Field Work Enginneer need all of this.

I'd say that there is more profit for Technical Writers if employees - in general - don't understand English well. ;) As long as they know just enough English to communicate their ideas to us, it is great. 

Please don't bother to improve your knowledge of English - especially when people, such as I, are here to serve your writing needs.
