Can A.I solve human problems?

Yes AI has proved and in coming future it will prove in so many other fiedls also.  But somwehre I would like to support Inani also that machines are good but we must not made them masters.

I believe AI can solve lot of human problems, for example it can save labor in many human endeavours and free up time for more labor or leisure. Now AI is developing towards modeling 'ego' an innate system concept of human mind and behavior. Once this is achieved I believe the rest of the modeling of human psychic system like superego, libido, mortido, id or even the unconscious of mind which is the self itself. This means the behavior of any specialist is possible in the near future like there are the plays of Grandmasters of yester years modeled in the software Chessmasters5000 and 9000. So playing against our choice of grandmasters like Alekhine or Tal will give the player the feel of how it is felt playing against them live if they were around. Recently this program beat the American National champion, of course it might not be the grandmaster models but the general version of Chessmaster 9000.

May be in near future so much dependency on phrase structured meaning low vocabulary language will give way to more sophisticated languages with non restricted vocabulary and abstraction which might develope towards modeling human behavior and psychce or studying them and their predicaments.
