Why not? Was there any Non-Indian then, who did better than Sabeer Bhatia, the co-founder of HoTMaiL? Yes, the company did get diluted later on with another. But the point here is, we have the capability and the capacity to build the best BUT its the lack of infrastructure that is holding us back. Nevertheless we have made a mark not just in IT but in other fields, otherwise we would not have been able to generate 75K odd jobs for the US.

Remember, there are far more Indians by way of brain-drain working in the states than any other country and that itself is a testimony to our talent being hijacked for the purpose of what you have just seen in the video by MONIKA COMPUTERS. Man, this name itself is hi-tech. What more can you expect than this?

To achieve something like the embeded video, we need 1) talent, 2) resource 3) passion a resolve a dedicated team, no HR bungling; influence enough to put HR consultants (poachers) at bay, to converge larger enterprise to appreciate spread the good word, creating acceptance of the new platform, technology, process, service, for this a stable political and economic environment is needed, to protect nurture, (provide the space, attention, influence, does not always need money). At the moment this is not happening, whole attention is getting to SCAM, which Minister allocated how much for his/her home state, and the level of kick back etc. is what is grabing people attention energy focus.

Indian politician have created starved mal-nutrition vote bank, and all moneyed people are puppets of any of these groups, Creating abundance in such situation is like space travel, first defy the “g” food oxygen space suite fuel etc.

Instead the lucky ones  get a H1 – B visa fly, work for a large US Enterprise Like Microsoft NASA, Intel and we say Indians have talent we are no less gaga ga gogo.

Very few Americans go for college education. Yet they are number One!! yes talent is not subject to patent, we have it, we are Naukar only; for our talent, in the west.

Dear Sir, Do you think only experience can make any industry to reach at the top of the Everest? Sir only prompting yes with Boss will not make the industry to get Brand, while the employee should have own creative thinking and as well as talent at the particular field, not the  knowledge or called certificate. Because certificate can be achieved by making the lessons of the subject by-heart.

 

So always the company should what the candidate is capable to do and how creative he/ she can think. Then only by a small support only and also by low cost the company can achieve a brand name. No doubt there is some particular field where experience is needed like marketing field, but if the fresher can attain the target then it is better to give a chance!

b'coz

3. Facebook

5. Skinput Device

6. Microsoft New Surface

7. Windows 7 Touch Screen Computer 

 

all the above seven launching platforms are launched by US students only 

 

if INDIAN IT students are launching any new thing like above 7 then why we are not aware of that 

still at present we are not able to access our SHUTDOWN system from any where in the world with out any one's help CAN WE DO THIS ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

we are always doing discussions on various thing but still we can't improve any sector of INDIA. Now from IT sector also we always launching debate's to compare pre-existing things 

"kya acha hai , kya acha nahi , google better hai ya Bing better hai , facebook jaisa kuch or hona chahiye na nahi"

can we ever think in real way whether these debate will make any sense or not 

 

TILL WHAT TIME WE ARE ONLY DOING DISCUSS WHY WE ARE NOT HAVE TEAM TO THESE   TYPES OF THINGS TO PROVE THAT INDIA IS ALSO SOMETHING IN IT B'COZ STILL FACE BOOK , LINKEDIN, TWITTER NOT LAUNCHED BY ANY SINGLE INDIAN STUDENT 

CAN we even think that in IT we can do any better after this ??????????????

Though this forum is created by an Indian, this isn't a new concept, it's already been there and we have used it in a different form. We have the talent, but for that matter everybody in the world is talented in one or the other ways which in no way make us different. Also, is it that only Guys has the talent? wat abt girls? are u not counting them in?
