After three decades of spectacular growth, China passed Japan in the second quarter to be the 2nd largest economy in the world just behind US. Yes there are chances for China to come on the top. Recent days the US economy is seeing a slowdown in the growth. So if this exists then china will beat US !!!

yes Chinese economy will leave USA economy behind in next 10 years.In PPP chinese economy is not very small as compared to USA economy. it is matter of time that China will be economic power house of the global economy.

As the statistics are saying the pace of economic growth of China in recent past during and after the crisis is going manifold as compared to that of America's. Though America is also recovering from the crisis but difference lies in the pace. Sooner or later China will be a superpower nation......

China is the No.1 money lender in the world market.It is already No.1.Today if China decides to recall money,a lot of Western Economies will fail. But Yes China is playing it cool.They are first crushing the Western industry and making it rely on Chinese imports then it will tighten the purse strings.

Yes Swapna I think you are right that Chaina will be a economic might and in terms of growth they will grow faster than USA for the very simple reason the huge population.

If they can empower their citizen for more purchase then they will definitely beat USA by within next one decade.

1.If it runs at the same pace then China has the capacity to be superpowerful nation.

2.They are now the biggest trading partners rather then US or Japan.

3.While US and Europe are still to grow in the wake of worst economic crisis in decades, China has continued to climb up the economic legue table.

America will remain no1. us dollars holds about 60% of world reserves as compared to 24% of euros.  China still has to go long long way. Dollar is the most commonly used currency and has high value so it will remain the most dominant players in the market.
