hi ,Niranjan-  I understand the fact that their is a lack of Infrastructure,their is a huge demand and less supply,

but India has a  wide hospital network of doctors, nurses and technicians, are available at significantly lower salaries than their western counter-parts , If we more focus on training and development  we can definitely meet  the demand to certain extent

I don't think so , the CRO is an integration of  Doctors pharmacists and pharma companies.

The demand is huge but the supply is low. General hospitals do not have adequate infrastructure to support the activity, thus causing a slump in the industry growth .
