can india give economical drugs? if yes when or no then why?

in india where the income of family is very low as i am seeing the families whose per day income is only Rs 50-100 only how they can afford medicines? there is huge difference between the low cost medicines and higher cost medicines. 

Who will think about this can we do campaign for this i will share more data about this .

there is a difference in our drug administration & other countries administration .Who will see this in one drug there always not having sufficient quantity of drug.Here is having black marketing too.
