People are getting conscious about its country's progress day by day. With media and technology supporting a common man to raise issues which were once kept covered and undisclosed, I do not see the day far from the political reform against a corrupt government.

In Egypt the main problem is continuity of the same person in the highest office for more than 30 years.Comparatively in India we have less corruptive government. The same is the reason for India not coming under Military rule as our nieghbour(Pakistan)

i do not see any chance of such a revolt in India, because we have our own inbuilt system to fighting corrupt. Only thing is these systems are out dated and hve not kept pace with the fast growth. We need to reform our systems so that we have correct sytems in place both politially and administratively.

Yes, i will support Asmita Rai, but our politicians are intelligents than arabs and they follow britishers path by divide and rule. so our leaders are changing their seat and distributing the money amongst them and atlast all of them are involved in all the scams. It is difficult to get a change in the people.

Sorry to say but everybody staying in India is Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi,South Indian first & Indian in second/2 nd place. So it will not happened in India & our politicians are clever than Arab country's politicians. They know the time to play trump cards like reservation for particular casts, reforms for minorities etc.... & they can easily achieve the split in the people. Basically our politicians are masters in the policy implemented by East India Co, which is 'Divide & Rule'. & aam aadmi is also easily support them with their actions.

NO NO NO. The structure of the Indian Government is that of a loose federation. If you look at the administrative structure of all the Arab and North African states, it isthat of an absolute power ruling: - monarchy, hereditary monarchy, single Iron Man ruling - in Sudan also. This is also to a large extent present in Pakistan. In countries like this a coup is possible/ In India, because of its loose federation, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to stage a coup whether it is by the Army(Pak), or that of popular people power(Egypt,Sudan). In fact, I'd say it is easier to stage a military coup in the USA than in India. Our Governmental ans state structure does not permit it. Now I do not know whether this is a good positive point or a bad one but .......

Hey, I am an Indian... don't tell me to be an agent for reformation for something as "remote" as India!!! Let me worry about my bills, my salary and perquisites, and while I am counting my money, let me keep cursing the country of being misused by political charlatans. And oh of course, let me blame everything else for the tragedy. But not me, never me.!! As I said, I am a good 'Indian'..!!!!!!!

Asmitha rightly said. Here people dont bother about their duties and responsibilities. We hardly find consensus on any issue. We are divided on many counts. Caste, religion, region, gender, and language etc. emotional factors keep on divide us. Representatives of the people decide the fate of their masters here. Arithmatics rule our democracy. Unless paid people dont come out. People are first corrupted. People gather in lakhs for a cause in foreign lands. To get it happen here you need to spend crores . So, people at the helm has no threat however corrupted they may be. They may get displacement only after completing their full term of 5 years, if they fail to cook permutations and combinations. Till then they are assured to continue their activities.
