It is obvious. If the organisation performs perfect industrial standard in extending the benefits as per set standards, then they can implement any tool to measure one's productivity, otherwise, they have no moral authority to subscribe to this practice.

In my opinion organisation is paying so much to employees so, they expect at least reasonable response from them....
