Technology is developed especially medical field,so that we are using condoms to avoid nuisance in the word of preventing AIDS.My family lawyer as well as sister succeeded in high court not to display the advertisement of condoms in all television channels,so,better to talk good things helpful to society.

When we talk about rape, it is always painful physically or mentally either in case of woman or in case of child abuse or in case of man abuse too. There is no remedy so that person can forget his/her painful experience of body and mind. But in future it will be possible to erase human memory, then this can be a treatment.

Medical science do provide remedies to the rape victim for recovering from bodily damage through treatment but the mental agony & trauma suffered by that victim cannot in any sense be mitigated so is the feel of loss of virginity/ social status vis-a-vis the social stigma attached thereto. Time will only heal but the damage cannot be undone.  The remedy is legal recourse/ police complaint.

yaa as bindu said there are Conservative pills winch can be taken before 72 hours of rape to avoid the pregnancy .... and with some tests we can prove who did it to court there are ways in DNA testing.... but she has to face social norm.... and these TV channels make it big issue and use that for their profit.... so so many girls dont tell any body about these kind of things....

The sexual assault / rape is not merely afraid of pregnancy but also, the mental trauma that individual is to bear in mind & live with in the society.

  • The victim who is assaulted by rape is to face the social norm where the chastity is considered very important & loosing it prior to marriage is considered ignominious.
  • The physical injuries so obtained during the process remains very visible sometime for long years.
  • It is a contravening act to the existing legal protection offered to individual in the society.
  • As far as the immunity from pregnancy is concerned, immediately after the rape, individual can consult the doctor to get appropriate preventive measures to avoid the pregnancy.

Thus, rape is considered as a crime against the social, legal law existing. Also, provides intolerable amount of mental tension to the victim.

if a girl gets raped then its very shocked time for her the main reason behind that is she is getting afraid of getting unwanted pregnancy so, can our medical science do some thing so that she is free to avoid pregnancy without taking any precaution after getting raped
