The topic of the debate relates to the treatment meted to me recently, by my circle office at Guwahati, Punjab National Bank,which, I feel is unjust and vindictive and wish to get your esteemed counsel to fight the injustice.

Since, the employee has submitted the medical certificate and the leave application, he has fulfilled his duties as per organisational rules and after that, if sufficient medical leaves are to his credit his salary cannot be blocked.
