Yes, too much Socialising can be harmful, Recently i read one report in which i found that extroverts who regularly socialise for half their day are more vulnerable to sleep deprivation than introverts or those in isolation.

No...I wont agree with you in this forum since it is for professionals......May be young one who dont have much responsibilities may lose sleep...But a most of true professionals who knows his duties and responsibilities will sleep on time whatever means of socialiising they will go for

Sometimes it can depending on how often a person does it. But a person should have limits & boundaries. That’s why a person should strategically plan things & stick to the plans. Many times too much of anything can be bad. Setting limits for yourself & sticking to them can help to reduce or eliminate lack of sleep from too much socializing.

It highly depends on the Individual's physical characteristics such as the Age, Physical endurance, Mental make-up for such events. However, if there is a suitable reward in it, such occurrence may not look , too big as a concern.

There is no apparent specific connection between socializing and sleep problems. More socializing leads to lesser time for doing other activities including sleep and lesser amount of sleep leads to physiological and other problems.

If the Individual is able to manage his time, then there will be no problems. It is more a case of time management.

Thanks for the referral, Sharad...

Sharad I am sorry since I think you are on the wrong side. In case of young non professionals with a lotof spare money may suffer from this syndrome but for a true professional I think they value time and hence will not suffer this syndrome.
