Mr. Moily has started reforms for strengthening the Judicial System. Will he succeed or will our judicial system remain under the curse "once a litigant always a litigant" (TOI).

I still stick to the debate i started when India was deciding its government. Judiciary is of paramount importance in any organization for the system to work effectively. The delay in imparting justice is the main reason behind the current lawless state of affairs of our country. I invite you all to put in your views on this subject.

We need to go a long way in reforming our legal system and the judiciary. Nobody has understood as to where the problem lies. System can be corrected only when understand as to where the problem lies. Let the minister tell us  as to how to improve the standards, tell us as to how to make the good appointments to constitutional courts, how to speed-up the cases and its needs a comprehensive understanding. I don't believe that our lawminister is capable of doing all this given his initial brief about reforms. We ccould not achieve a simple thing by making the judges to disclose their assets and we had to make law for that. What is it. We are still in same old politics and reforming our judiciary is not a simple thing and requires lot of understanding about system and a leader with a will to push for the changes at any cost. Thanks for initiating an useful debate.

I don't believe We have anyone More capable and interested in Public Service better than Mr. Kejriwal.

I 100% agree with Mr. Viktor, I believe India has more than enough laws to counter terrorism, but it lacks a strong judiciary. Infact i am debating the same topic in another debate in this communities "http://toostep.com/debate/strengthening-the-judic...
