Though often co-mingled, wave power is distinct from the diurnal flux of tidal power and the steady gyre of ocean currents. Wave power generation is not currently a widely employed commercial technology although there have been attempts at using it since at least 1890. So the question now is Can wave power produce a significant enough amount of energy?

Energy in the wave form has to be developed significantly and the technology and the engineering process has to be strong enough to draw out the full potential of the waves.

the wave energy can be utilized costal industries,

Wave energy is intermittent and variable. Even in the most active wave areas, there are many days with little wave activity. On days that have good wave activity, wave levels can vary. As explained on the Pros and Cons of Wind Power page, resolving intermittent problems to attain reliable energy output can double and even triple the cost of power.

Yes It is quite possible to generate energy from waves of Ocean. Also another method is generating by storing water at high tides but it is possible if there is great difference in tides

Any way by means of mechanical mechanism the up down motions can be converted into rotary motion which can be used to power the turbines

It is really great idea

Many other sources of power, such as solar and tidal power, provide energy only at certain times of the day. Wave power, however, provides a much more consistent and reliable supply of energy. This means it supplies more energy and that its electricity-supply can be more easily integrity into the grid system.

Yes it is a good idea, I support it. We should reduce the usage of AC for this the AC production should be brought down. Even in cars there should be no such facilities. Today cars are the major producers of green house gases, even if the climate is...
