I have a Dream, I have a Vision, ie. MEDHA BHARAT.

YES! India is the GENIUS of the world. India contributed many things to this world, from Zero to Nonviolence Movement. We are the pioneers in education, medicine, mathematics, chess, more n more. But where we are now? How many Noble Laureates from India? What happened to our Intelligence n Wisdom? Ofcourse we are gearing up, but we have to accelerate it. We have to produce more Genius from our country. Is it possible?

I am inspired by the words of famous psychologist William James, father of behaviourism; and by the work of a Hungarian teacher Laszlo Polgar, father of Polgar sisters. William said “give me a child, I will make him whatever you want” and Lazlo said “every child can be made into a genius with sufficient training”. If a child can become a genius, anybody can with proper training.

 

There are works on the thinking strategies of Genius People all over the world. Providing training in these strategies can make a person genius, atleast some.

i agree with you Visesh, we can create a whole lot of geniuses around if we train them propely, but today's education system is just concentrating on theoretical knowledge, and kids are learning stuf just what is there in books, kids are lacking in thinking in a out of the box manner...so there should be a change in the mindset so that they have given proper training....
