I am not totally agreed with Ruchi, Because in our engineering field there is too many people i know are only Arts graduate, but they are engineers by experience and even engineers like me or our heads used to chat with them on some important topoics, and for execution we depend almost 60% on thease people.

Actually non professionals are must not want to work they just want 2 show off and wants to make their importance so for dealing with them we need to do every thing in a legal and abidance based ways with some guideline and we have to check their performance every time and some time we need to give them training as per requirement so we can deal easily but that is only way to deal with non -professionals in engineering field
