Capital and Project Development

Here we are deep in a recession and all Banks can do is keep quiet and doors closed until such time that arrives that their world returns to normal.

What about the projects and capital developments that need movement,why cant we use their collateral been supplied either by the participants or their regional Government to cover the various fiscal requirements.

One of my companies has started a few  projects development by a means of doing JV's with companies that have various elements of a transaction such as material ,IT,HR,Collateral together we planning on starting a new phase of businesses helping each other world wide.The aim is a long term development ,this is not a quick fix and its hard work,we have jumped outside of the box for South America,Africa,India ,Middle East and Far East,Asia and Pacfic Rim.

Anybody else out there interested or got  an opinion,remember we can only use what we have in hand and we have to break down the old barriers that have got us into this state.
