The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday admitted to goofing up on its 'most wanted' list, that was to be handed over to Pakistan, and has now withdrawn the list from its website.

How irresponsible is this?! If they can do this then they can goof up at many other places. How are we suppose to trust them ??

Can we really trust CBI after this for our security?

CBI's handover of list had the goof ups there is no doubt about it but the question here is whats is the use of sending such lists when Pakistan is never willing to take any action. "udyamen he siddhanti karyaani na manorathe" , diplomatically its a good step but Pakistan has again refused to take any action or any extradition of such criminals. Indian will keep sending list and Pakistan will keep refusing it so basically a PING PONG game. Action speaks more than words.

A country as magnamous as ours & as irregular in the development pattern becomes a very difficult geographic terrain to safegaurd. Having said this, CBI has done a reasonaably fair job till now doing what was in their power. We need to remember that ours is a country not governed by a central office but by a fear of staying in power & tht coupled with our individual corrupt lives does not leave CBI with much options on hand. Given a free leash & proper control mechanisms & checks CBI is trustable.

How can one be so irresponsible in making such remarks. All those who have agreed with the poser of the question seems to be ignorant of the criminal law of the land. Try to be responsible and think twice or thrice before inking your ides , particularly on security of the country, for public reading. Merely because you cannot be prosecuted for your scandalous remarks against the authorities that does no mean you are free to write any thing and every thing. Your way of drafting the problem indicates that you are premature and so also those above agreed with you. When you draft a subject for discussion it shall not be for a political speach. You and other seem to be carries away by the inaccurate reports. Don't be emotional. There are several secrets which cannot be divulged to public by the defense and investigating authorities for so many reasons in the interest of the country. No one can say that one's curiosity to know things in CBI as more important than the interest of the nation We all love India We are more concerned with the internal and external security of India We must not forget that our enemies are within the country and around us. Those enemies pretend to be Indians. Therefore in the interest of the Nation try to resist your curiosity and temptation to know the secrets of investigation process.
