Change in life, in society, in law and in every aspect is inevitable in the progressive society. Society's progress is always dynamic. It can't be static. Any progress is a change. Without progress there cannot be change. Both are interlinked. He is changed. You are changed and I have changed. You know a divine or Nature's secret. A child never remains a child for ever. It grows young, middle age, old age and vanish. Every thing is for change , that is the rule of God.

Systemic change is inevitable, more than that the actors who enact the roles of four pillars should also require some cleansing exercise!

Dear Aarti,

I respect your opinion ... but will not the change in the 'processes of the existing system' untimately change the system itself? I mean, I cannot foresee how a system, as a whole, can remain rigid if the processes in it are amenable to change.

Due respects to your opinion though.

Whatever that is not in the interest of the interest groups must be changed. The system is made for the interests of those who are dependent on the system and not vice versa. So any system must be amenable to adjust to new scenarios.

Today we are talking about change time and again....but are we implementing anything whatever we are in the process of changing, changing the system is ok...but what after that...it something is not working then what is the other option one should resort...than changing the existing system which is impossible..change the process in the existing system like how it functions than changing the system itself.
