Change management per se is being used to down size the organization.The employees all of a sudden get notices for VR,FORCED LEAVE.The change is necessary for revitalizing the organization,but should not be treated to the loyal staff home.The employees during the course of service develop a shared vision and saw themselves to play a vital role strengthening the organization.i am therefore of the opinion,that stake holders have right to change but it should be considered an essential tool to galvanize the employees to stay together during the process of change.
