Yesterday the post saying "Bhagatshingh, Sukhdev and Rajyaguru were hanged on 14th Feb!!" appeared on all the networking sites and even people tried to change the wikipedia to update it with this rumor!! Finally the wikipedia page had to be locked and various links for when did this incident actually happen had to be posted. We have learnt in our history classes a lot about the freedom fighters and the revolution and still people believe such rumors!! Even the actor Madhavan tweeted this! The source of this rumor is not known. It seemed that the post was to divert the public attention from Valentine's day. We can't say who can behind such anti-valentine rumors. Share your views on why such rumors spread.

It is difficult ot trace who did it but he reason definitely is negative social media. This piece of information came and spread like fire and by the end of the day almost every one who uses social networking knew about this rumour and surprisingly there are many who felt that the news is true. (Perhaps they slept in history class at the school!!)

All the three, of course, were the martyrs. If they are alive today, they would have choked to death after seeing the condition of this free country. This was a diversionistic ploy perpetrated by a narrow-minded persons.
