change in temperature has been a proven environmental fact and our record of temperature variations is not too great to perceive or conceive any danger due to climate change. the whole debate at present is the result of a tussle between the developed and developing block of nations. the nations which have attained sufficient technological advancement to sustain their growth with alternative sources of energy are arguing about rise in temperature owing to the carbon emission caused by developing economies. less carbon emission means less developmental activities rendering that society backward forever. and if at the climate change is a threat afforestation and reclaiming water bodies can provide the best sink for all carbon emissions. but the tussle restrains the development crazy politicians to go for the safest and most durable solution to the so-called global warming phenomenon.
