They have to find what theyre good at through self analysis, guidance, not by crushing them. Every human is born with some talent. My mum was an ace athlete, my nephew is an ace photographer, they don't insist on joining the mainstream, and don't want special status, nor do they resent other people's success.

There is so much competition between intelligent ppl alone, how can u make place for those who r not? They have to find their way out, and travel to the interriors of India. It is not possible to give them a chance, bec work has to be done, and not sympathy or charity. If a person can't do work, what is the use, just sympathy. They can be given vocational jobs, or other clerk level, secretary jobs. Or they can try out singing, acting, plays, so many fields r there.
