Children are vulnerable to all forms of exploitation and abuse. Street children are especially vulnerable to abuse. Many children are picked from the road and sold off into prostitution or to the beggar mafia. Violations of children's rights are not limited to the poor and downtrodden. They happen in middle class and elite homes too, albeit in different forms, and the silence around these is even deeper.

disaster or no disaster, children are at risk. children begging on streets that's the result of the biggest man-made disaster 'poverty'.

to talk of disaster management in our country, the children are ignored, officers & citizens should be trained to deal with emergency situations and taught how to protect children from its aftermath, not just physically but also mentally.

Children’s are the most vulnerable sections of the society. this is because by the time they understand the environment they may lose many basic things.

At the same time and there is no limit of opportunity lost.
