Sorry Manish! I beg to differ your view point (village - tomorrow is hopeless). Hopes of city people are enliven by the persons, like, Anna Hazare from hinterland, Dhoni from a village, etc. Visit the village of Anna Hazare, a self-sufficient model created by him over the years; visit Puttapurthi, a city in a village with aerodrome!

City life is comfortable and happening, here every individual has a chance to grow, but at one point person needs a peaceful environment, thats where villages help us to get fresh. We are lucky that India still have villages..

Not hopeless but every thing will move in snail's pace as far as village is concerned. The city is better but the city people will not be able to lead normal life in absence of villages like supply of milk vegetables etc similarly the villages always look for everything in cities like higher education, job, medical treatment.

In India eople are compelled to move to cities. There are several reasons:- 1-lack of basic amenities in villages. 2- lack of infra-structure to support social security, health care, education, transportation, communication, recreation and opportunity to work in villages.

Well it gives me intense pleasure when sometimes i visit a village...free from crowd with the people so loving, so caring...And we cannot totally agree village life being hopeless...People in villages are no longer backward that once used to be.
