In the past millennium clinical studies were mainly performed in countries that had a larger market size for that drug, But in recent years, prolonged drug development process along with a steady increase in expenses have promoted pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to look for more cost-effective ways to conduct clinical trials. Performing the research in the core countries help in getting the funds easily and yes the development process also dos not take much time. If it is non core countries or the developing nations then Lack of control in purchasing drugs in developing countries will cause easier access to different medications; this will result in an increased number of side effects and drug interactions.

Economical status and limited access to health care are two important plus point for developing countries. Its is cheap here to conduct clinical research. Sponsors will be able to collect scientific sound data from diverse populations with genetic differences that may enhance their post approval marketing and developing countries will receive a portion from almost $200 billion market.
