I think my friend here has forgotten the latest report which said that coal reserve are going down and for that matter it is quiet possible that we have to import coal from other countries in near future. And for that matter oil would be much cheaper in comparison to coal.

I think now India should buy Oil. The prices are also moving downwards and it could be easily purchased.

I think my friend is forgetting one thing in Oil market a lot of speculation is going on so you never know when the prices are going to rise. While I think you should utilise the resources which you have it in your own country.
