Any investment in new generation that is to say the children, the future of India, will reward the Industry appropriately. Parents, just ,do not hesitate spending money to enrich the knowledge of the children. The comics that has high potential to teach kids with lots of moral & worldly affair will be much appreciated.

Good to have them back as they were an inseparable part of our childhood. Comics would be a boon especially in these times of DINKS households. Even if you have net comics, the written word does have its own sway.

i dont think so... coz its all depends upon parents agar bachpan se hi bachcho ko comics padhne ki aadat , books padhne ki aadat daloge.... to vo unko pasand karega.... bcz aj bhi internet ki duniya me .... log books and novels and comcis padhte hai........ its just aapk kisi ko kesa bana rahe hai....

I am supporting Namrata marketability or sale ability. The best things always sells. Even among the large number of students, there are substantial numbers who screwed with their books and just for a while pick up old books or magazines for diversion. So a glossary books with catchy titles can definitely create a market.

This can be similar story of radio. In very old days people used to listen radio like Vividh Bharti, All India Radio and It has occupied space of every home. Then later Television come and it has replaced radio. New version of radio come back in form of radio mirchi, radio city and what not. They were well aware of the test of new generation. They used their strategy accordingly and we can see the result now. They succeed. The same modus operandi need to be used in case of comics. I remember that old days comics till now and it won't be difficult for them to come back in market if they will use proper strategy. Market is huge for them.

Yes comics are definitely making a comeback - many of my associates prefer to carry comics when they travel rather than paperbacks. I myself prefer comics to unwind after hectic schedules

this is untouched area in our country. there is lot of scope. still now we have not witnessed any comic revolution. the best example archies comics is making big business in US & UK from decades. Like wise Japan, china, Europe have their own distinct comic characters which are very popular. India has to try this area by creating interesting comics like above. Then it can make big business as we discuss in indian markets.

I think there is a deeper implication to this. Yes, more n more ppl are turning into cartoons!!! But as far as real comic books are concerned, they were never out of fashion.
