Are the companies are bahaving like an arrogant peoples because as the recession is now off and they desperately dont need the employees but the employees need the job? Or nothing like that...?

Companies are taking benefit from this. One way you can say them that they are arrogant because they feel that employee will work even if you do anything with them. Its true. See you

In India we never had any real recession like in most of the world. But companies pressed panic buttons and sacked most of their staff and are unable to handle normal work load. This is giving an impression that they are behaving arrogantly. It is more because to lack of man power one does not get proper attention and answers these days.

Hi,

We should not say 'Arrogant', but we can say that companies are feeling luckier this time because there is a large pool of talent waiting for jobs for average salaries.

Swapnil, good debate but in my opinion the companies are willing and coming forward to offer good jobs. Since the job market in India seems to have a better scope than any other country, the companies are scaling up their recruitment process to help the people.

Good point, But I think everybody preffer to maintain there quality..for booming in the market.If a company mada a software and doesnt test it..then its of no use..and if implemented as it is...it will be tedious work for support and maintainance...
What u think about doing a job on cantract basis 1 or 2 year for the big companies..? how does it matter to your career? Wil this add an advantage to your career or ignorance...??
