Competition catalyses new standards, level, pumps up the market, creates hypes, to steady this level for making sustained commercial gain cooperation is needed within team, departments, organization and within the industry. The balancing act creates new paradigm. To have competition alive we need Co-operation. For having your team, or attrition poaching. Thank you Arpita

Healthy Competion will always show us the path of success. By competion we create Benchmark for ourself and measure where we stand. Competitions gives us standards and if we successfully accept it as a challenge then we will definately get success. But the main thing competition should be healthy.

Talent is nurtured in collaboration in competive environments. It is the feedback on how much you already master and which development potential you still have that is driving talent into preformance and innovation. Separating these two things is like separating your body from your head and believe that is it possible to put them back together. Without comptetion you do not really grow as fast as possible. Without collaboration you cannot do much in any area of life. Life is never either or. It is both and. In business we tend to forget that everything has at least two sides and that we need to understand both of them and to understand how they interact.
