Confidence: Is it a boon or a bane?

hi .. bharath.. shiv here. i dont have a another column.. so i sit up with boon.. coz i cannot say its bane either.. anyhow .. confidence is needed .. and that confidence must comes to you during the right time.. means .. confidence must always accompany with knowledge and guts. its like a gun .. you must hold the gun properly or else your dead..fine..

when it comes to you.. humm .. your a mba guy .. and you know certain things.. and ur strong with that.. so if u have a idea of jumping into a business you can jump.. coz the basement is strong.. and here comes the confidence note that .(not alone it accompanied with ur knowledge of that particular field , and ur guts to face the ups and downs of your business )

.. but people keep on saying overconfidence that this.. i don't believe them ,, may b i wont call it as a over confidence . i can call it as ignorance. they really dont know what they know .and why they do.  they really dont know why they are keeping their legs forward ,  bcoz to move forward  only by  cing  the destination.but not exploring the path... or i can call it as .. not analyzing the path.. humm i guess this one is better.. :)

so dont worry .. if you know how to roll your ball towards the goal ..just take the ball and head towards the goal dude..(and this is the place where confidence arrives)

so implement your own strategies. and move forward..

Confidence is a boon and it will help you to face any situation boldly. Over confidence leads to downfall as you overestimate or underestimate the situational factors.....

nice question bharat,with the confidence only we were able to achieve the everything to lead to success with out the confidence we cannot.but don't get over confidence its dangerous.......
