What conflict management style is good when both the conflicting parties (stakeholders) have high influence (interest and power) on a work package ?

In my opinion compromising will the most suitable one for the parties who is having both power and interest. As both parties have high influence, both can compromise with each other rather than continuing the conflicts.

Both sets of concerns are too important to be compromised to gain commitment from both parties and improve relationships. But the concerns here is time is limited to resolve the conflict and there is not enough trust, respect or communication among the stakeholders for collaboration to occur. Complicated situation.
