Contract of 10 to 12 years to every govt employee will bring new change to efficient execution of work and growth . As defence has contract policy same should be copied for govt jobs . A man get govt job he is most secured for life and growth war , no efficient service ,just mini kings with authority . This policy will know the employee about his limited life of govt job. When a person is employed he is secured for almost 30yr . Hope this style could support for growth and efficiency.
