while being in family business you do not at first think of your own interest.but as time passess and you have a family of your own and needs of your own,and there is sibling rivalry,there are egos.there are people who are in lime light,there are people who are working silently.but as you grow your needs and your selfesteem etc becomes very prevailent.

you need to have to  a identity in society.various needs as per the need table arises and there comes a conflict of interest.you needs are different and your focus are different.you become split between needs and focus.

you start feeling you have been denied your rightful place.you feel used.you feel underpaid.how to resolve the issues amicably. this and many more.

you see others are selfish.other do not contribute.they are creating there own business,there own kingdom and you have none for you.you are taken for granted.

I have gone through these circumstances .I had gone through all the ways such as cooperating ,equally working with them rather getting the things done using my all powers,but couldn't resolve this iinspite of all possible efforts,then left it with the thinking which I support.

the hindu law says and have arrived at conclusion that in a family business when the children have contributed they have a share in the profits of the business.

i feel there has to be some amicable give and take.every partition is a difficult proposition there would be always someone feeling i got less.

example india and pakistan,mukesh and anil and many more such examples are there.this is our culture joint families and joint business are a part of our culture,we need to have a defined way for partitions ,because almost 95% of th efamily run business end up in partition some day.

why wait till th elast day define th ethings on the first day itself it would be take it or leave it and find your own kingdom from day one.people would not be left spending there prime working for the family business and when they are hardly able to work left with no money and no business.
