Everyone knows what to do but when there is someone to take a lead things do change. Everyone needs a motivation factor and a good leader provides that. S

Thanks for your referral Ms. Bindu. What we are did before against corruption. Why we all think about this now? I think this because of the great man Mr. Anna Hazare. So what my opinion is even if we want to fight against corruption we need a leader like Mr. Anna Hazare.

It is the onus of each and every individual to stop and fight against corruption. 60+years of independanceand country is plagued with corruption because congress leaders have made it a way of thier political legacy

If everybody accept their responsibility and decide not to support as well as not to participate in corruption then no need to do anything else. IN HINDI " JIS TARAH SE BOOND BOOND SE TALAB BHARTA HAI THEEK USHI PRAKAR YADI PRATYEK INSAN KHUD KO SUDHAR LE TO PURA SOCIETY HI SUDHAR JAYEGA "..... SO JUST TAKE ACTION TO WAKE UP OURSELF THEN WAKE UP OTHERS......

Everyone of us should fight corruption in our own capacity. Most of the times, one succumbs to the demands of corrupt official / staff, just to get some job done in an easy way, bypassing the rigour or hardship. There is a clear lack of conscience at every sphere in our society / life. It's so much so even for admitting a child to a school parents don't question the exorbitant fees demanded unless they are unable to pay....It's well known that a leader is as good as it's follwers. Unless we turn into citizens of conscience, it's ridiculous to expect someone else to lead us to a cleaner and less corrupt society.

Yes I agree with you, but what about individual responsibility to the society? Corruption begins at individual level and ends at individual level. We need to make some sacrifices by obstaining from getting the short term benefits by deviating from the generally accepted practices or regulations or even exploting the gaps in the regulations. Leaders will bring awareness only, but obstaining or protesting or condemning the corrupt practice is the individuals onus.

Though i support that individuals should take up themselves, but then again we need to make a voluntary movement to fight against these bodies. And if i talk about my level of personality, it's gonna be quite difficult for me, as we have so many funny creatures around us, that instead of joining in, they will try to drag u away and if you dont do this, then go alone and fight for it. But then that wont work..... So a Leader will automatically be created, for a voluntary movement to happen.

Even though every one knows that corruption is happening in his/her territory but a common man can't see/visualize after certain distance like a LEADER. There is a saying that "Bad things are happening not because of bad people are violent or strong, it is because Good People Prefer to Remain Silent". So I feel we need a good leader who has the foresight to see beyond certain distance.

I agree with Deepak. It always happens that there lot of people who are strongly concerned about certain cause, but dont act proactively. But when there is a spark, there is a lead, a way is opened by someone.. they tread upon it.

A leader is very necessary with strong vision who can divert the force in the right direction & be focused to achieve the desired result step by step...Clarity of thought is must with transparency in the process which can be used to motivate individuals into a group & Lead The Change - one more thing whole group cannot communicate one agenda at a given point of time hence there should always be a person i.e leader to communicate the massage of the set desired objective...
