Corruption in India has became an essential commodity and shame accross globe

In every sector in the society there is corruption. Check out the job in the public sectors and also in the private sectors. In the private sector corruption is entered through the public sectors. If you see any private sectors they hire a top personall from the public sector and this person comes with his whole gang and the compitition ends there because the jobs are now not given to the deserving candidates but rather his referals. In any private sector companies check out what is going on , again the jobs are given to people only from a certain geogrophical area. like x company has a team of people only from punjab, y company has team of people from orissa, z companies has the team full of only from Andhra pradesh. If a person from y area applies for a job in a company have x majority then they take several rounds of interviews and in the end almost fail him. Is this not a corruption. Corruption is there in every section.
