Could next Indo-Pak war would be fought over water??

In a recent news Lashker-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed claimed the next war between India and Pakistan could be fought over water if India does not stop what he described as "water terrorism" and also blamed India of diverting the flow of rivers in Jammu and Kashmir by building dams and tunnels in a bid to turn Pakistan into a desert and to "spoil the regional situation". He called on the people of Pakistan to stand united against India and to oppose the construction of dams that allegedly rob the country of its share of river waters and also to take revenge against India for its role in the separation of East Pakistan in 1971.

To motivate his "Jihadi" motive, he said that India and the US were facing "defeat" in Jammu and Kashmir and Afghanistan where the US is searching for a "safe exit" from Afghanistan and India is worried about what would happen to it after the US withdrawal from the region.

Over the past two months, the JuD and other militant groups like the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen have organised several gatherings and rallies in which they have backed calls for jehad against India and expressed support for militant groups operating in Jammu and Kashmir.

Let me ask one thing Are you really considering the point of view of that Lashker-e-Toiba's founder. Why??? They are crazy, insane, whimiscal, out of senses, maniac people who do not have anything to do but provoke others to fight. They just want to create an anti-social environment in which everyone must be messing with one another for one thing or the other. These cruel people didn't even spare children, ladies for fulfilling their evil objectives. Because of them the whole country of Pakistan is suffering, and people of Pakistan are forced to live a life like hell. These people don't have heart planting bombs everywhere killing thousands of decent people every year. How can their view be considered worthy to be discussed.

The earth has a fixed biocapacity:the total combination of water,earth,and air and ability to rejuvenate from the SUN.As countries industrilize they increase their "global footprints"which is the pressure they put on the earth.India's foot print is about 0.8 and that of China 1.6.With the drying aquifers,ther is no wonder that not only Indo-Pak war,but it is the invitation of world war.

Even if not water as a reason, but one thing is for sure. Very soon, there will be another war between India and Pakistan. Pakistan just need a reason to fight with India and this time it has made water as an issue. It is also making 1971 Bangladesh formation as another reason to fight with India. Its clear it needs just a reason, whatever it may be, to fight with India. But we need not worry, always they got defeated, this time also History will repeat itself :)

No Deepak. Pakistan can not afford WAR at this stage, not that India can. But given a choice, we are more capable than them. Now coming to your very thought of Hafiz saying so. Now, now. Don't they have many a things on their hand already and then, since when have petty theives (small time bombers) started becoming dacoits (talking of war).
