One day there is a discussion in our office.. It is based on a court order that ordered to give permission to construct a residential building in public and semi public zone which is rejected earlier by the municipality. In detailed town planning schemes there is provisions to reserve areas to particular usages. which is decided on the basis of detailed study of the city development trends. But if some individuals approach the court , court will pass order to give permissions to construct such restricted usage buildings in such places. Although there rule that does not allow the court and government to pass order to individuals for such construction, courts passes such orders.. Is it good for the public interest.. State your valued opinions…

This shows how the govt & court have implemented democracy.

 

What ever govt themselves are responsible either for traffic increase or pollution today everywhere,also on the other hand because town planning officer is busy counting.......

Courts ordered government first to stop giving such permissions and now the same court doing the same thing..
