Customer satisfaction is the key to success of an industry in terms of profitablility and good will. Top Management should always think of maintaining the quality as per the requirements of customer from who he/she gets repeat orders. Repeat orders are expected only if customer is satisfied.

Working towards customer satisfaction is MANDATORY today - package your deals well, is key. For even if the product itself is not the best, the package of good pre & after sales, together with the product itself, make the best sales!

It is important to note that the best sales happen through satisfied customers = that happens when they come back for more, bringing others with them. They come back if they are happy with what they bought, the same person who sold it the 1st time, is there to take them to it again - driving home the point!

Managements need to ensure this trickles down the pyramid, smartly packaging product with effective after sales for optimum customer satisfaction
