Customer Value Proposition

There is a need of establishing a clarity on what client would accept as value addition. Any suggestions on this front are welcome. Some of the recent technologies and Innovation in construction in India is like The Prefabrication Technology, Tunnel Form work Technology, Outinard Technology and others as this would add more to customer value proposition. Both supply side management and demand side management of energy efficiency are great services and any socio-economic conscious client would value those services.

The Customer value proposition are not being taken into account by the Companies. the customer can be passed the value of the item/article that he is purchasing by reducing the heads duly taking into consideration of solar energy and environmental methods

Hi friends,

Innovation is must but first that should suit client requirements or from our side we need to show him that road map on how it benefits him. It would also be better if we bring the client as close as to the entire project life cycle which will be a great value add for him.

Out of box concepts should be adopted on:

• Construction materials - Reduction of steel usage could help cut costs and pave the way for usage of other materials. TMT bars & fibre could be a good substitute for steel.
• Proper planning should be done at the conception and design stage.
• Green Buildings
• Leveraging IT in a big way for project management and tracking
• Efficient supply chain management

Innovative value adding services that one can provide for the government and private players like applying recent technologies that are available to make it much more useful in various aspects for the clients. And some of the recent technologies and Innovation in construction in India is like The Prefabrication Technology, Tunnel Formwork Technology, Outinard Technology and others as this would add more to customer value proposition....

The dynamics of construction induatry is such that there is huge scope of providing innovative value addition services to the clients. But there is a need of establishing a clarity on what client would accept as value addtion. Any suggestions on this front are welcome.
