Fakruj can you tell me in what sense you mean love hear. Loving the job means yes it will help us to grow. We should love our job to excel in it.

I beg to differ here... while love at work spoils work culture.. luving job is good but doing work profssionally adds to benefit to the company as well as your own job card with HR.

Im confused here.  The title of the debate is "Dare" and the debatable area is again different.  If it is about loving the job, it always good.    If you love the job, your performance is at its best, so u will be recognised as good performer.  Having such good performers always good for an organisation.  When it is love at the work place, it distracts the work and spoil the work culture.

Love is great thing whather it happen in working culcute or not.But it deffinately help that person who fall in love.because of love that person become soft,smart,take wise decesion,take care others and make environment cool.

I feel like wherever it is, it has to deal with the mannar it ought to be. Love is supportive in working culture, if it deals with the personal between employees. once it comes to job it has to deal with the passion of job.
