Could Generator size canopy machines(1,2) decentralise access for agri busines ,for expample - 1-Agri product pulses cerals processing. 2- Sugar manufacturing 3-cotten processing 4 Textile Processing 5-Fruits processing 6-Paper manufacturing will it be a big plus for Farmers and Agri business.will it be potentional for individual farmers, group of farmers to process there basic crops to market requirements .so it be indegenious development.

Agricultural as known back bone to Indian economy is unstructured and not wel founded and constructed . Farmers and  agri i ndustry is not at par with other industries . It needs more operative support and connective industralisation

Decentralization will be only successful if the technologies are open source as well. Encourage local fabrication and global design sharing of technologies.Open hardware is exciting. Also deregulate, many agri processes. Also, don't let corporates monopolize this. Open source ecology is developing lot of such technologies. search them.

Practical approch is important ,every difficult is success . Such machines will come true . Portaable  operation  .

what need to seperate cottan from its seed , what needs to bind cotton into bundels , what need to sonvert cotton bundles  etc . could be easy . 

What need to convert fruits to juice and preservities for life of product. If gud can be made by traditional way . it could be possible to convert sugar cane juice to sugar in portable machines , could be liquer making in portable operation .

Does it really needs so many imported and big set ups for polishing sereals pulses rice paddy . Big support for farmers may be available to  have a  processing portable units at real farmer locations  . Farmers could have approch /shares in end market levels or suppliers to end marketers  .

It is not only farmers but small industry potentioal at semi urban areas.Which could be possible at low investment for machineries and life requirement business . Could be support for  economy money in circulation .

Now first thing the government has to do is to provide its maximum concentration towards agriculture and to support technically as maximum as possible otherwise the people has to face serious problems for food and survival. . .
