I think this decision has proved to be wrong for upa government.When everything was in govt control,then govt had to think of common man before price hike.Everybody knows that rate of petrol and diesel depends on crude oil price in global market.When that price goes down,then companies don't decrease the rates where government used to.In last year,14 times prices have been hiked.
