I wonder what would be the effect but it looks that this step will certainly inflate the market more. Simple working the market will react to this and will start depositing more and more to gain more (Compare to Stock Market and Commodity Msrkets) this will be a burden to the Banks to yield more and return the Interest so the banks will start lending more and hence this will inject inflation and nothing more.
