Above sub base,base bituminous surface is provided in const. of roads,bituminous surface acts as surfacing,sealing layer over metaled surface, it may be of painting with p1&p2 ,pc with sealcoat,mss,sdbc etc.with ascending in cost,but of thickness 20mm,20mm,25mm,and 20mm,% age of bitumen being different  and thus cost,why we are not adopting the one specification.

now for village roads pc with sealcoat is being provided with the help of mixaul plants,the cost is slightly less than sdbc cost in which only 1% bitumin used is more.
