In the 21st century most of us do not use the word DISCRIMINATION but it is still available at most of the work places, some people(management) justify it as a part of strategy or business game.

most of the institutions have well defined & elaborate citizen charter & they usually call it business policy/philosophy /vision/goals etc...but they hardly escape from being discriminative. /p>

It remain a bitter truth that not only companies but also social institutions like hospitals are discriminatory in terms of remuneration, promotions & opportunity. Organisations(specifically top management)  target people whom they think as challenge for their operations & growth (most of the times it is just anticipatory).

It is very much evident that discrimination has never been accepted in public organisations & people has always stood against it & have won their battle . Most of the well known institutions today have at some time being reported as discriminatory in their policies either it may based on education, cast, sex, religion, location or economic conditions.

but still most of the institutions like healthcare and hospitals are adopting discriminative policies just to satisfy their personal goals.

Discrimination is a managerial weapon. Vs Discrimination is a war between group of employees.

I personally feel that discrimination is group dynamics & most of the times it is not personal ,in most of the institutions people collaborate to satisfy their ego or they have opportunistic attitude towards growth.

but there are sufficient examples that also justify discrimination as managerial weapon against a group of workers/employees.
