I have gone through the comments of all.It is just not feasible that all the jobs given to you, you have to love!In an work-life-career situation, you may have to do a number of things you may not love. But if you have the passion for accomplishment, you will come across many of the jobs you will definitely love. However, if you develop likings for all the jobs you do, a day will not be far off, when you will possess a treasurehouse of experience, you shall cherish for life. All the experiences will be of tremendous use one day or the other sometime in your life and you shall be a confident man!! Your good effort will never go waste.

It is not the love for the work place that is the driving force , the one driving you is the passion for work which has no boundaries either the type of work nor the type of work place.. No body is an achiever without passion..The one who inspire themselves and are passionate about work are the real performers..

In my opinion, if we pursue a career of our choice,we would start loving our job & contributing our best to it.On the other hand,an imposed job can not creat a value adding environment & end up in frustation.

If one is responsible to the organisation he works in and knows very well tht the organisation needs their work whether willfully or otherwise should do it as it is expected out of it. However Humane condition of an individaul should be understood by the managers who deploy people and get work for their organistion. In other words love for work and love for their organistions growth.Selfish motives will not give way to any of these what i Have mentioned above.

When we have chosen to do something, or even when some work has been thrust upon us, we have to do it. When we have to do it, why should we do it reluctantly or in a slipshod manner? It is a matter of our own decision, to do it with full involvement. Once it becomes our role to play, let us do it happily. The Sun ripens the grape in your garden as though he has nothing else to do!

I think work life will be more happening and fascinating if it is diluted with a pinch of love. Though there is a lot of strain and pressure in work and love(both) but it can vanish within a second if u start loving your work as both are mutually exclusive. I know its very difficult but just think of the moment you got your first job and you shared this happiness with your parents, dear ones and friends. You will start enjoying ur work for sure.

"Do all things with love" and love needs patience and time. In present situation from a student to an executive everybody is overloaded with work. Everybody wants to get rid of their work as soon as possible. And this tendency usually hampers quality. We can not deny from this truth as it is happening everywhere.
Expecting some healthy arguments from you all on this regard

Although loving your work makes work interesting and enjoying and your productivity will be high, it will be difficult to love your work always. For the distinguished few who loved each and every part of the work, they have gone places and made a mark in their work environment. For the majority, Most of the time we are doing the work because we are committed to it and we would like to finish the work to the satisfaction our bosses. Also it love more so for keeping our name intact, that we give good output than for the love of the work. But the other part is true, if you hate your work then you will be lost mentally physically and psychologically. Your life both personal and professional will be in total mess and you will be on the verge of a breakdown. So do not love or hate your work be COMMITTED to it.
